Kettle Creek Data Center was a ground-up project of a tier III data center with the possibility to expand to a tier IV facility. The project consisted of the installation of new cooling towers, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), computer room air conditioning (CRAC) and air handling (CRAH) units, full mechanical rooms and office space. RK Mechanical was responsible for the installation of the entire plumbing, hydronic and HVAC systems. In addition to the installation, RK Mechanical was responsible for preconstruction (value engineering process, 3-D modeling, clash detection and coordination), project closeout and warranty services.
