The Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is a 60,600-square-foot, 37-story hotel, located in downtown Denver. The hotel features 1,100 guest rooms, a convention center, parking garage, an array of amenities, and an experienced staff focused on hospitality, service and attention to detail. RK performed all BIM, fabrication, transportation and installation of the plumbing, piping, hydronics, sheetmetal and HVAC components for the project, in addition to overseeing the controls, chemical treatment, test and balance, and insulation subcontractors.
