Furniture Row is based in Denver, Colorado and operates more than 350 stores in 31 states. It is one of the biggest mattress manufacturing plants in the world, providing four different types of retail environments. RK Service was responsible for the HVAC-planned maintenance for five stores throughout the Denver Metro area.
The AMC Bowles Crossing movie theater is located in Littleton, Colorado and features twelve theaters and multiple movie screenings daily. RK Service removed the theater’s existing chiller and fan coil unit system, replacing the entire system with 14 single-package rooftop units with tenant-controlled thermostats.
Johnson and Wales University is located about ten minutes East of downtown Denver. The institution has pioneered an educational model which combines academics, hands-on training, real-world work experience, leadership skills and career development. RK Service removed and disposed of the existing boilers and installed two new boilers for this project.
