Cesar E. Chavez Memorial Office Building Modernization

The project scope of this design/build office building includes the complete removal and replacement of the building skin while maintaining 100% GSA occupation. RK Mechanical renovated over 100,000 square feet of office space and also handled the reconstruction of a new 7-level parking garage.
