Visitors and tenants enjoy attached covered parking and a covered pedestrian bridge connecting to the Anschutz Medical Campus and Children’s Hospital Colorado. Tenants include Children’s Hospital, Panera Bread, IASLC and Uniform Destination. RK was responsible for all mechanical systems, including plumbing, piping and HVAC.
