Sunrise at Pinehurst, an assisted living facility in Denver, Colorado, provides ideal solutions for seniors who value their independence, but need help with daily activities. RK Mechanical fabricated and installed all mechanical systems, including plumbing, piping, sheet metal and HVAC on the project.

The Spire

  The Spire is a LEED-certified, high-rise building featuring modern condos and resort-style amenities. RK Mechanical provided plumbing and HVAC services, utilizing the coordinate, prefabricate, material handling and installation (CPMI) process to ensure the coordination and just-in-time delivery for the project. RK Service provided warranties and facilities maintenance for this building.
